Designed and developed the official web platform for DeFi Connect 2025, an international event in Buenos Aires bringing together five independent summits within a unified digital experience.

Key achievements

• Designed and developed the complete platform independently under a compressed two-month delivery schedule.
• Built a modular Next.js application supporting five conference microsites while sharing common infrastructure and reusable components.
• Integrated Sessionboard as the source of truth for speakers, agenda, session details and event metadata.
• Developed dynamic agenda pages with multi-track scheduling, speaker navigation and responsive session browsing.
• Created reusable content structures allowing each summit to maintain its own branding while sharing navigation, layouts and data sources.
• Implemented custom GLSL/WebGL shader-based visual effects to match the client’s distinctive creative direction.

Mission

Developed the internal conference management platform for EthCC operations, building V1 from scratch and then re-architecting V2 as a reusable multi-event, SaaS-style platform.

Key achievements

• Built V1 from scratch, then re-architected V2 into a reusable multi-event platform model.
• Supported operations around 1,200 speaker applications, 6,500 attendees, 400+ speakers and 250+ side events.
• Modelled RBAC around organizations, teams, roles and access levels.

Developed the core ticketing platform for Volume, where one ticket gave users access to Brussels nightclubs and partner museums through customer, scanner and admin surfaces.

Developed a transcription and subtitle platform for public meetings where Google Speech-to-Text output was corrected by human annotators through structured validation workflows.
